With a background in legal recruitment, having originally qualified as a lawyer both in Scotland and in England and Wales, Jill Steele has worked in recruitment since 1996. As well as working as a Recruitment Consultant for Chambers and Partners, she has worked as a Graduate Recruitment Manager and HR Manager with Richards Butler in the City and Clayton Utz in Sydney. She is also a graduate member of the CIPD.
